2. Doctor Comes to You

We confirm availability, provide a clear estimate, and send a board-certified doctor to your home for your visit.

3. Follow Up & Support

You’ll receive a care summary and any needed prescriptions or referrals. Follow up phone calls on the same subject are included. 

Clear, Upfront Pricing — No Surprises

You’ll always know what to expect before we arrive. Your total cost depends on the visit time and complexity of care.

Many visits range from $400-$900 in our central service area

Billing & Payment

  • Private pay only — we don’t bill insurance directly.

  • Credit cards and HSA/FSA accepted.

  • Cash with two forms of ID​  (just kidding)

  • Roosevelt-era payments of two chickens and a horse (Yes, we are kidding you)

  • But if things are really tough please do ask about payments

Insurance &

Reimbursement

  • ​Under 65? We provide an itemized superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Medicare does not reimburse for our work at your home, but will cover outside orders such as Home Health, PT/OT, labs, imaging, and more. 

Our Southern California Coverage

Most of our visits — about 80% — take place within the main area outlined on the map. For special cases, we’re happy to travel farther. Our team of five doctors, two PA-Cs, and one FNP proudly brings in-home care to patients from Beverly Hills all the way up to Montecito and out to Malibu.
