Jolie Pfahler MD

Dr. Jolie Pfahler is a key member of HCDTO for what has become many successful years. She is also a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician (ABEM) with more than two decades of experience. A graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine, she completed her internship and residency at UCLA-Harbor Medical Center and UCLA Medical Center/Olive View before serving at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica. From 2017 thru 2024, she was a valued member of the Emergency Department at Los Robles Regional Medical Center, where she also enjoyed teaching and mentoring future physicians.

 

Known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, Dr. Pfahler excels in both advanced clinical procedures and in connecting with patients on a personal level. She listens carefully, builds trust quickly, and helps patients navigate not only their medical conditions but also the fears, anxiety, or uncertainty that may accompany them. She views care as a true partnership: “We are a team.”

 

Beyond medicine, Dr. Pfahler is family-oriented and finds joy in the outdoors—especially near the ocean. She loves spending time at the beach with her husband and three children.
