Dr Consiglio lives here, graduated from UC Santa Barabara, Residency at Cottage Hospital, and opened her first medical practice here in Santa Barbara. Dr Anya returned here to care for relatives. Life doesn't get much more local than that.
Dr Consiglio is a Board certified Internal Medicine specialist ready to take care of your ongoing or immediate medical concerns. More than 20 years experience listening carefully to patients means she loves the thoughtful pace of our concierge medical group.
HCDTO specifically hired Dr Consiglio to focus on the growing demand for top-tier medical care among our Montecito and Ojai patents. HCDTO fairly often puts a doctor on a plane to support/consult our existing patients at their second homes in other states. The longest physician flight we arranged so far is to Bangalore, India. Allison Santi MD, extra skills for Montecito
Dr Santi is also Board certified in Integrative Medicine, tying all the various parts of your life together with your health in addition to being a top ER physician. Her experience seeing patients in crisis led her naturally to this next step.
Dr Allison is also a key provider of therapy through her Fellowship at IPI (Integrative Psychiatry Institute) which is the top fellowship combining psychoactive physician treatment with therapy. Those therapy sessions are ONLY done with the physician and medical assistant present at your home for psychoactive medication administration AND a psychologist counseling session within 72 hours. She added these skills because of her extensive treatment of patients with emotional issues, PTSD or a history of abuse. Dr Santi is also Board certified in Emergency Medicine.
